Our Services
Spacious three bedroom apartment(Hotel) across the street from the Tennessee River, located on Main Street. Property is across the street from the city park, and one mile from the Clifton Marina & RV Park. Property has full kitchen, built in bar, and an entertainment stage. Sleeper couch also included. Hotel is perfect for an extended stay or for hosting large groups or families. Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and the T.S. Stribling Home and Museum.

The Landing at 100 Main is a historic three story building, comprising of three stories. The main level will soon include several shops; in the plans are a coffee shop, yogurt / ice cream shop and a high-end boutique. In addition to these amenities, a guest office will be equipped with all the tools needed to perform business away from home.
The upper level of The Landing at 100 Main Hotel, can now be booked and rented on Airbnb. Two large suites include 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large living room, spacious kitchen with a long counter and table. Enjoy outdoor events from the beautiful private balcony that looks down on the rolling Tennessee River. This suite has everything you could want or need while on vacation.
If you have a larger family or gathering that you would like to plan, we have you covered with the lower level of The Landing. This large suite holds 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large eat in kitchen, bar, living area, walk out patio and, if that is not enough, we have a stage. Yes! For that perfect family reunion, romantic getaway or business trip with co-workers, you can book this suite AND have some extra fun.
The Landing at 100 main is located one mile from the Clifton Marina where you can rent boats by the day and enjoy fishing and relaxing on the great river.
